Chase Sapphire Brand Identity Refresh
The brand identity system before.
Introducing a new serif typeface and color palette, as well as a modular “Polaroid”-esque layout system, our updated visual identity for Chase Sapphire is a fresher, brighter, more elevated version of the brand. This system, inspired by the work of artist Josef Albers, incorporates his signature borders and color blocking. It frames our beautiful new photography approach shot by Iris Humm and Clarke Tolton, which is all about making the most of every moment. We also derived inspiration from lifestyle brands in the modern luxury space to further establish them as a category-busting thought-leader.
The full scale campaign, launched in the Fall of 2022, included digital and print OOH airport takeovers in LGA, BOS, and PHX, :30s and :15s films featuring Michael B. Jordan, IG, FB, Twitter social posts, as well as static and animated display banners.
